I have zero trackers or cookies on my personal/academic website. Not even open-source variants.

Why?

  1. When I set up the website I realized I really, really don’t care who reads what when for how long

  2. I also realized I am too lazy to set up extra software

  3. Cookie banners are annoying as hell

  4. Site loads faster

  5. Can’t compromise data you don’t have

If you find anything on https://seanfobbe.com/ that contradicts this (and is under my control), please let me know and I’ll take care of it.
